Hi, I’m Margaret. You can also call me Margie — as long as you say it with a hard g as in grape.
I’m currently a reporter at NOTUS and a fellow at the Allbritton Journalism Institute, where I cover science and health policy with a focus on alternative health. I’ve written about raw milk, cell phone radiation and more.
I worked as a biologist for five years before becoming a reporter. I’m based in Washington, D.C., and I’m originally from Charlottesville, Virginia. I have two cats: Luna and Elmo.
